2014-2015 Registration Forms should be completed online:
STEP 2: PRINT AND GATHER DOCUMENTS
Print and sign the PDF of your completed Registration Forms. Carefully review the Registration Checklist for a complete list of other required documentation. NOTE: Bills must be recent, and have the parent or guardian's name and address listed on the document.
STEP 3: SUBMIT COMPLETED REGISTRATION PACKET
Mail or bring printed Registration Form and photocopies of other required documents (for each student) to:

NOTE: Submitting a completed Registration Packet does not automatically guarantee enrollment. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive confirmation within two weeks of submitting all the registration documents to the office. If your child is accepted to Bullis Charter School, you will be asked to complete an Acceptance Packet of additional enrollment forms prior to admission to the school.
